For prints that need excellent toughness, impact resistance, and chemical resistance, Gremlin3D PCTG is a versatile choice for functional parts and everyday-use products. This PCTG filament combines strong impact performance with high transparency and a smooth surface gloss, making it suitable for both functional and visually appealing prints.

Gremlin3D PCTG is designed for FDM printing and offers excellent toughness with a 13.6 kJ/m² notched IZOD impact strength in the XY direction. It also provides good chemical resistance against a range of common substances, including water, alcohol, petroleum fuels, and esters.

With a heat deflection temperature of 79°C and low shrinkage of 0.1–0.3%, PCTG is well suited for applications where durability and dimensional stability are important.

• Nozzle Temperature: 240–260°C
• Recommended Printing Temperature: 255°C
• Bed Temperature: 80°C
• Print Speed: 150–300 mm/s
• Retraction: 0.8–1.2 mm
• Retraction Speed: 30–80 mm/s
• Drying Temperature: 60–70°C
• Support: PVA recommended

Hotend Recommendation

A standard nozzle is suitable based on the manufacturer's TDS. A hardened steel nozzle is not specifically required for this material.
