Gremlin 3D is a veteran-operated, family-run business dedicated to supporting our local 3D printing community. What began as a small 3D-printing hobby has grown into a mission-driven company creating durable, eco-friendly 3D-printed patches — while also serving as a trusted supplier of filament, printers, and parts for makers across the region.

Position Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Retail Associate who will help customers in our physical store, answer questions about 3D printers and materials, and assist with basic patch production as needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, likes helping others, and has an interest in 3D printing (experience is great, but not required — we’ll train you).

What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers browsing filaments, 3D printers, tools, and accessories
- Learn our product offerings to help customers choose the right materials and equipment
- Ring up sales, manage the checkout counter, and keep the storefront organized
- Assist with basic 3D patch production (training provided)
- Help maintain store displays and keep inventory stocked
- Answer questions from the local 3D-printing community with patience and enthusiasm
- Support daily store operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, approachable personality with strong customer service skills
- Interest in 3D printing (we love enthusiasts, but beginners are welcome too)
- Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a small, fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Basic computer and point-of-sale comfort
- Attention to detail — especially when assisting with patch production

No Experience is required but is preferred we will teach you the skills required
What locations are Hiring?
We are looking in both the Havelock ,North Carolina Area as well at taking Applications for our Store in Goldsboro, North Carolina.
Is there an Age Requirement?
Yes, Currently we are only accepting applications from Individuals 18 and order.
Part Time / Full Time?
We are looking for both Part time and Full time employees
Our typical Hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 6pm
