Design Submission Policy

By submitting any design, model, artwork, or concept (“Submitted Design”) as part of this 3D print order, you grant Gremlin3D full rights to use, reproduce, modify, create products from, sell, and distribute the Submitted Design at our sole discretion.

You acknowledge that Submitted Designs may be used in future products or offerings from Gremlin3D, and that no additional approval or compensation will be provided.

By submitting a design, you confirm that you own or have permission to use the design and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
