As part of our Gremlin3D Members Clubs you can now use our instore Specialty Printers at no hourly charge use our printers as much as you want! With a quick email you can bring in your own filament and utilize our printers to get your project done!

Policy information 

We require all filament to be used to be either Bambu lab or SunLu for the best results with our Printing Profiles. Filament must be new and sealed. PLA/PLA+/PLA-CF/PETG/PETG-CF are permitted TPU may be available dependent on Print by Print basis.

In the case of a Print fail we will reattempt the print provided their is enough filament to complete the project. In the case there is not enough filament to complete the Project you will be contacted to ask if you wish to supply more. 

We are not responsible for the failures of prints due to provided Models/3MFs/Filaments. In the case the case of failure is cause by a machine error and the print was unable to be completed we will provide the required filament needed to finish your project.

Print Insurance will be available for purchase but is not required, and will be priced base on the required material cost to complete to print at a reduced cost.

• IE if the material costs $20 per KG and uses 1/2 KG the print insurance would be $5 
• (Material required cost - 50% + 20% (if over 24hr Print time) = Insurance Cost)
• All Printers In-Store Printers included in the program as they are available
